REFUND POLICY

It is our hope that you LOVE all your purchases from Southern Belle Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. ALL PURCHASES are eligible for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within FOURTEEN BUSINESS DAYS of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item is NOT eligible for return. 

IF YOU DO NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM, USE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

Merchandise can be returned up to FOURTEEN DAYS after purchase for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY with a valid receipt. We do NOT issue refunds as in cash or back on your debit/credit card.

ALL merchandise MUST be unwashed, unworn, and smoke-free with tags attached. ALL JEWELRY, SUNGLASSES, and SALE items are FINAL SALE.

The request for an exchange in size for a specific item is not guaranteed as we may not have the item in stock. If the size requested/preferred is no longer available, STORE CREDIT will be issued.

ONLINE ORDER RETURN

Please return the original, digital receipt in the package when shipping an item(s) back to us, we also highly suggest shipping with a traceable method. Upon receiving your package, we will then issue you a store credit or process your exchange. If needing an exchange, a charge of $8.95 will be charged for shipping the new size or exchanged merchandise. We are not held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
