SALES TAX
SALES TAX
We are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell. Taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location in which the order is being shipped or delivered.
Texas Sales Tax - Seller has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Texas and the tax will be remitted on the customer's behalf of the Texas Department of Revenue. Our current rate is 8.25%.

Please make sure that the billing address entered on the checkout page matches that of your credit card statement. If that address is different, your order may not be successfully processed. If you continue to have errors and are using PayPal, please consider using a credit card instead. If you are unsure whether your order went through, check your inbox to see if you received a receipt. We are located at 1706 N. Mechanic St. in El Campo, Texas and open Monday - Friday from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Before you select this option at checkout, please understand our IN-STORE PICK UP POLICY: in-store pickup requires at least one hour to process, you will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup, and most importantly, please have your ORDER NUMBER and ORDER DATE with you when you come to pick up!
If you are not the one picking up your order, please add the CORRECT NAME for the person who is picking your order up for you.
If you order after 5:00 P.M. CST, the next day is automatically considered the first processing day.
OUR RETURN POLICY REMAINS THE SAME FOR IN-STORE PICKUP:
The RETURN POLICY remains FOURTEEN DAYS from the ORDER DATE regardless of when you pick up your items, we do not issue refunds as in cash back on your debit/credit card, merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and smoke-free with tags attached. ALL JEWELRY, SUNGLASSES, and SALE items are FINAL sale!

However, each and every brand and style fits slightly differently so therefore there is no size chart that will work for certain for every person! We encourage you to pay special attention to the item’s product description where we note if an item runs small, large or is true to size.
